Applications Open for Türkiye Cyber Homeland Program 2027
The Türkiye Cyber Homeland Program, carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology through 26 Development Agencies, will be implemented under the "AI-Supported Cybersecurity Talent Program" model for the 2027 term. The program aims to enhance university students' skills in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, while cultivating the qualified workforce needed by the sector.
Expanded to all 81 provinces in the 2026 term, the program will continue to accept applications nationwide from all 81 provinces for the 2027 period. Applicants will participate in an online training and evaluation process lasting approximately three months. Successful candidates will then be invited to face-to-face training sessions organized within the activity region of their applying Development Agency.
The face-to-face training will focus on penetration testing and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. Following the training, an AI-Supported CTF (Capture the Flag) Competition will be held, enabling students to apply the AI models they developed to solve real-world cybersecurity problems.
Students who excel in the advanced stages of the program will be invited to the 7-day Siber Vatan BootCamp. Supported by technical training, teamwork, mentorship, and industry networking activities, successful graduates will have the opportunity to join Siber Vatan teams based on their skills and interests.
Under the coordination of the Southern Marmara Development Agency (GMKA), which covers Balıkesir and Çanakkale provinces, students studying at universities in these regions must select GMKA during the application process.
The application deadline for the program is October 30, 2026, and applications can be submitted online via
